10th Light Horse Regiment

The role of A Squadron 10th Light Horse Regiment (Reconnaissance) is to conduct medium range reconnaissance. In order to fulfil this role, the squadron is structured as an armoured reconnaissance squadron with small elements of Regiment clerical, Q Store and Technical Support organisations to support operations. The squadron is organised upon three reconnaissance troops of four vehicles, with a reconnaissance scout section per troop and A1 echelon and and elements or an A2/B echelon.
